bhago's Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the bhago platform ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the Platform.
General Provisions
1.1 Definitions and Scope
In these Terms, "user", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the bhago platform. "We", "us" or "bhago" refers to the entity operating this Platform.

1.2 Right to Amend Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

- Each individual may operate only one account.

- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Deposits must be made from your own registered payment account.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to your own registered payment account.
- Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.
3.3 Transaction Timeframes

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bhago offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is just 10x and applies only to the bonus amount. Some examples are given below:
- If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus; total balance ৳3,000.
- If you deposit ৳10,000 you will receive a ৳8,000 bonus; total balance ৳18,000.
Wagering example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 — meaning you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms that must be read before claiming the bonus.
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; some games may be excluded from wagering.
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is not permitted.
- bhago reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.
- Bonus wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
The expiry and specific conditions of a bonus are stated in each promotion's details. Unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
VIP Program
5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits
bhago offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers. The tiers are:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
5.2 VIP Tier Progression
You have the opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier based on your activity and consistency of play. bhago reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits. The latest details of VIP benefits are available on the Platform.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bhago platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or artificial betting with the intent to exploit bonus schemes.
- Collusive betting or collusion with other members.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or software.
- Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff.
6.2 Consequences of Violations
In the event of a violation of any of the above rules, bhago reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
- Cancellation of bonus balance.
- Forfeiture of winnings obtained illegitimately.
- Notifying the relevant legal authorities where applicable.

Account Closure

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is deemed legally invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain fully in effect. The invalid clause will, where possible, be replaced in a revised form.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between the user and bhago. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this agreement.
